LOCAL DECREES FOR THE DISCIPLINE OF THE NAVIGATION ON THE LAKE VARESE
On lake Varese there are in vigor more restrictive local decrees relatively to the motorizations concurred for navigation. It is advised therefore to contact the coast’s town hall ones directly interested, in order to acquire precise information on the motors admitted to navigation on the water mirrors of relative competence, and for ulterior prohibition and exceptions. Generally, are excluded from the prohibition: the units equipped with electric motor, those in service public: of emergency, vigilance, aid; those used in occasion of authorized manifestations; the units used for public service not of line and transport goodses; the units used for the professional peach and those employees from the nautical schools; the units used for the exercise of the nautical ski, if authorized.
