On lake Varese there are in vigor more restrictive local decrees relatively to the motorizations concurred for navigation. It is advised therefore to contact the coast's town hall ones directly interested, in order to acquire precise information on the motors admitted to navigation on the water mirrors of relative competence, and for ulterior prohibition and exceptions. Following there are the coasts' town halls and decrees of prohibition of navigation for leisure currently in vigor on lake Varese:

AZZATE	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 6 HP	-
BARDELLO	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 10/2002
BIANDRONNO	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 13/2002
BODIO LOMNAGO	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 2157/2002
BUGUGGIATE	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 6 HP	decree n. 29/2001
CAZZAGO BRABBIA	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 770/2002
GALLIATE LOMBARDO	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 25 CV	-
GAVIRATE	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 15762/2004
VARESE	it is forbidden the navigation by motor, for advanced powers to 7,5 KW	decree n. 27132/2002

Generally, are excluded from the prohibition: the units equipped with electric motor, those in service public: of emergency, vigilance, aid; those used in occasion of authorized manifestations; the units used for public service not of line and transport goodses; the units used for the professional peach and those employees from the nautical schools; the units used for the exercise of the nautical ski, if authorized.
