Under the Melide-Bissone bridge, the central arch nr. 3 is reserved exclusively for public and private service boats. The other boats shall pass under the other arches nr. 1 (Bissone), nr. 2 and nr. 4. In case of simultaneous arrival of two boats, coming from opposite directions, the right of way to the Melide bridge goes to the boat sailing south (arch nr. 1).
